One Ocean Beauty accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of purchase and we will credit back to the original form of payment. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns of our Body Brush due to hygiene reasons. Note that products must be returned to their original place of purchase. For example, only purchases from oneoceanbeauty.com can be returned to us. For purchases made through other retailers, you must abide by their own individual return policy. Please contact our Customer Care Team before returning your order at email@example.com.
IF YOU’VE REQUESTED A RETURN
Once your return request is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
DOES ONE OCEAN BEAUTY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we are only shipping orders from our website to the US. Please sign-up for our newsletter and we will announce when we expand into other regions. You can also visit our wholesale partner, Net-a-Porter, for orders that require international shipping.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Standard UPS Ground shipping is free on orders of $50+. For orders under $50, you may calculate your shipping costs by adding products to your shopping cart, as shipping costs vary by location and package weight. We also offer UPS Next Day Air and Second Day Air for an additional fee.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
The standard time for your package to arrive is approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. All orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to ship.

HOW MUCH IS THE SALES TAX?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to NY. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required). Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
One Ocean Beauty is a cruelty-free skincare and wellness line. One Ocean Beauty formulas are not tested on animals and are cruelty-free. We are proud of our Leaping Bunny certification.

ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS CLEAN?
With so many claims of ‘clean’ and ‘natural’, it’s hard to know which products are indeed natural and safe to use since, incredibly, there is no official standard.
There’s ‘clean’ and then there’s clean. Many brands make this claim, but their products still contain ingredients which are known to be harmful to humans and to the environment. From the start, we committed to beyond what is required in the U.S. and have worked to eliminate all ‘dirty’ ingredients from our formulas. As there is no official standard for clean beauty, we have followed Credo’s ‘Dirty List’ as we believe this to be the most stringent benchmark.
Our products are natural and free of harmful toxins that are often found in other skincare products, including GMOs, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, PEGs, nanoparticles, mineral oil and synthetic fragrance.
WHY IS MY REVITALIZING SEA SERUM PUMP NOT WORKING?
To maintain purity, our Revitalizing Sea Serum is packaged in an airless pump. Due to the vacuum, sometimes the pump does not dispense immediately and needs to be coaxed. Although it's tempting, do not open the pump as this will destroy the vacuum. Pump 20 times and the serum will now dispense.
