How to Use:
Body Treatments: Gently massage creams into areas of concern daily (thighs, hips, arms, bum, stomach and waist) using a circular motion. Bioactive Body Sculpting Marine Cream to be used each morning and Ultra Marine Cellulite Night Cream to be used each night.
Body Brush: For a dry brushing technique, brush in upward movements from the ankles to the bum, wrists to shoulders and torso in circular motions. Or use wet with soap in the shower. Hang brush to dry.
